Description

Lavender Lemonade is a refreshing floral drink that blends zesty lemons with the calming essence of lavender. Perfect for summer gatherings or quiet afternoons, this delightful beverage will impress your guests.


Ingredients

  • Fresh Lemons
  • Dried Lavender Buds
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Filtered Water
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Juice fresh lemons until you have about one cup of lemon juice.
  2. In a saucepan, simmer two cups of water with dried lavender buds for 10 minutes to create an infusion.
  3. In another saucepan, dissolve one cup of sugar in one cup of water over medium heat until syrupy.
  4. Strain the lavender infusion and combine it with lemon juice and sugar syrup in a pitcher.
  5. Add three cups of cold water, stir well, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices or fresh lavender sprigs.
