- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Bake chicken for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- While the chicken bakes, squeeze excess moisture from grated cucumber. In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
