- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually incorporate this mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Drop tablespoon-sized scoops of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set but centers remain soft.
