Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 18×13-inch sheet pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and buttermilk until smooth. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
