- 3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 1/4 cup tandoori masala
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1 large baguette or Italian bread
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt and tandoori masala. Add chicken pieces, coat well, and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Slice baguette lengthwise, spread garlic butter on both halves, top with grilled chicken pieces and shredded cheese.
