  • 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for grilling)
  • Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the peach halves with olive oil and grill cut-side down for about 4-5 minutes until charred.
  3. Meanwhile, brush one side of the flatbread with olive oil and grill for 3 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Flip the flatbread, sprinkle goat cheese on the warm side, then layer grilled peaches and prosciutto on top.
  5. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the toppings and close the lid for another minute to warm through.
