  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (chopped)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix chopped strawberries with honey or maple syrup; let sit for about 10 minutes.
  4. Press half of the oat mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Spread the strawberry mixture evenly over it and top with the remaining oat mixture.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
