Description

Strawberry and Blueberry Oreo Bars are a delightful summer treat that combines creamy textures with bursts of fresh fruit flavor.   • 1 ½ cups Oreo cookie crumbs (about 20 cookies)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in diced strawberries and blueberries. Pour over the crust and spread evenly.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least three hours until set.
  5. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
