  • 1 cup queso blanco (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
