- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 3 large eggs
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round baking dish.
- Boil salted water in a large pot, cook spaghetti until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked spaghetti with beaten eggs, half the mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half of the spaghetti mixture in the greased baking dish, add the meat sauce evenly on top, then layer remaining spaghetti.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until golden brown.
