  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 8 oz sturdy tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack blend)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake chicken for 25-30 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 75°C). Shred chicken with two forks and toss with BBQ sauce.
