  • 1 lb ground sausage (spicy or mild)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Halve jalapenos lengthwise and remove seeds for less heat; reserve some seeds for extra spice if desired.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned; drain excess fat.
  4. In a bowl, mix cooked sausage with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder until well combined.
  5. Stuff each jalapeno half with the sausage mixture generously.
