  • 30g grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in boiling salted water until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Reserve some pasta water and drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for approximately 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Gently flake the salmon with a fork.
  4. Stir in the chili flakes, then add the cooked linguine, lemon zest, lemon juice, and reserved pasta water as needed to create a creamy texture.
  5. Toss in the grated Parmesan cheese before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
