Description

Reuben Sandwich Sliders are a mouthwatering twist on the classic, combining tender corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, and gooey Swiss cheese in warm, soft slider buns. Perfect for any gathering!


Ingredients

  • Slider buns (mini Hawaiian rolls)
  • Corned beef (thinly sliced)
  • Swiss cheese (or Gruyère)
  • Sauerkraut (drained and rinsed)
  • Thousand Island dressing
  • Butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish with parchment paper or nonstick spray.
  2. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in the dish; layer with corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese.
  3. Drizzle Thousand Island dressing over the cheese; place the top buns on each slider.
  4. Melt butter and brush it over the tops of the sliders; add optional garlic powder or poppy seeds.
