Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.

  3. In another bowl, beat eggs with milk and stir in pizza sauce.
  4. Fold in shredded cheese and desired toppings gently.
  5. Gradually combine the wet ingredients with the dry until just mixed (lumpy is okay).
  6. Fill muffin cups three-quarters full with batter.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown; they should spring back when touched.
  8. Let cool for five minutes before transferring to wire racks.
