  • 8 oz ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (mixed colors)
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 4 oz provolone cheese
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season the ribeye slices with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak strips and cook for about 3 minutes until browned.
  3. Remove steak and add onions and bell peppers to the skillet; sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
  4. Return the steak to the skillet and mix well for 2 minutes. Lay provolone cheese on top and cover until melted (about 3 minutes).
  5. Warm tortillas briefly in another skillet or microwave. Spoon the filling onto each tortilla, fold sides in, and roll tightly.
  6. Place seam-side down in the skillet over low heat for 2 minutes to crisp before slicing diagonally.
