Scale
  • 2 cups uncooked rotini or penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  5. Immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese while hot and allow to cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce.
