Instructions

- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets about two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
- While cooling, prepare the cream filling by beating butter, powdered sugar, marshmallow fluff, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread filling between two cookies to create sandwiches and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
