  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or feta)
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms)
  • 1/2 cup diced ham or cooked bacon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the pie crust on a floured surface and cut out circles to fit the muffin tin; press each into the holes.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream until smooth.
