Description

Savor the taste of summer with these refreshing Mango Magnums. Each bite is a delightful blend of ripe mangoes and creamy coconut, perfect for beating the heat. Easy to make and customizable, these frozen treats are ideal for gatherings or a sweet escape on a hot day. With an optional chocolate dip, they’re sure to impress friends and family alike!


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup melted dark or white chocolate (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend chopped mangoes, coconut milk, honey/maple syrup, lime juice, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space for expansion. Insert sticks if needed.
  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
  4. If using chocolate, melt it and dip each Magnum halfway in melted chocolate once frozen.
  5. Remove from molds by running warm water over them briefly and enjoy!
