- 2 ripe mangoes (peeled and chopped)
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup melted dark or white chocolate (optional)
Instructions
- Blend chopped mangoes, coconut milk, honey/maple syrup, lime juice, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space for expansion. Insert sticks if needed.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
- If using chocolate, melt it and dip each Magnum halfway in melted chocolate once frozen.
- Remove from molds by running warm water over them briefly and enjoy!
