  • 1 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits (cranberries or raisins)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, chopped nuts, coconut flakes, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and press down lightly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
  6. Mix in dried fruits while still warm and let cool completely before breaking into clusters.
