  • 1/2 cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp butter (softened)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin or use bunny-shaped molds.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  3. Add milk, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in blueberries until evenly distributed.
  5. Scoop batter into prepared molds about three-quarters full.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. While cooling, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar to taste.
