Description

Crockpot Pot Roast Sliders are the ultimate comfort food, making any gathering a hit with their juicy, tender beef nestled in soft buns.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 to 4 lbs boneless chuck roast
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 large yellow onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 medium carrots, chopped
  • 12 slider buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Sear the chuck roast in a hot skillet until browned on all sides for added flavor.
  2. Layer sliced onions in the bottom of the crockpot, then place the roast on top.
  3. Add minced garlic and chopped carrots around the roast.
  4. Pour beef broth over the roast until half-submerged.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours until tender.
  6. Shred the meat using two forks and assemble onto slider buns with optional toppings.
