- 1 cup reserved pasta water
- Freshly cracked black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions.
- While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining the pasta. Add drained pasta to the pan with garlic; toss to coat.
