- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 9 oven-ready lasagna noodles
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (drained)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup fresh or frozen spinach (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook seasoned chicken breasts until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (about 7-8 minutes per side). Let rest before shredding.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, minced garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and shredded chicken until combined.
