  • 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp red curry paste
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
