  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter until fluffy. Gradually add the granulated sugar and beat until light.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the milk until smooth.
  5. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture without overmixing.
  6. For the swirl filling, mix brown sugar with additional cinnamon.
  7. Spoon half of the batter into the bundt pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon filling over it, then add the remaining batter and top with leftover filling.
  8. Gently swirl through the batter using a knife or skewer.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
