  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese blend
  • 4 slices whole wheat or sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook chicken for about 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Slice into thin strips.
  3. On one slice of bread, layer sliced avocado, chicken strips, and cheese. Top with another slice of bread.
