  4. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and melt a bit of butter. Pour about 1/4 cup batter into the skillet, cooking until bubbles form (about 3 minutes).
  5. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
