Description

Big Mac Sliders combine the beloved flavors of the classic Big Mac in a fun, shareable format. These bite-sized delights feature juicy beef, tangy special sauce, and crunchy pickles, all nestled in soft slider buns. Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 12 soft slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp sweet relish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ketchup, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and sweet relish to create the special sauce.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef for about 8 minutes until fully cooked. Stir in onions and season with salt and pepper; cook until onions are translucent.
  4. In an oven-safe dish, layer bottom halves of slider buns, then add beef mixture followed by cheddar cheese and pickles. Top with bun tops.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
