- 12 soft slider buns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp sweet relish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix ketchup, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and sweet relish to create the special sauce.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef for about 8 minutes until fully cooked. Stir in onions and season with salt and pepper; cook until onions are translucent.
- In an oven-safe dish, layer bottom halves of slider buns, then add beef mixture followed by cheddar cheese and pickles. Top with bun tops.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
