Description

Indulge in this luxurious no-bake Baileys Irish Cream Cheesecake, where creamy flavors meet a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for any celebration or sweet craving.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder (optional for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool completely.
  3. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix well for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add Baileys and vanilla extract; blend until smooth.
  5. Whip heavy cream to soft peaks and gently fold into the Baileys mixture.
  6. Pour filling over cooled crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
  7. Serve chilled, optionally dusted with cocoa powder.
