  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and mushrooms in olive oil until golden brown.
