  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until crumbly. Stir in taco seasoning and water according to package instructions; mix well.
  2. Lay tortillas flat and spoon filling onto each. Top generously with shredded cheese before folding tightly to seal.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
