- 2 medium Granny Smith or Honeycrisp apples, peeled and chopped

- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Thaw the puff pastry according to package instructions and roll it out on a lightly floured surface to about an eighth-inch thick. Cut into 4-inch squares.
- In a bowl, combine the chopped apples, sugar, and cinnamon; mix until well coated.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each pastry square. Fold over one corner to meet the opposite side, creating a triangle shape. Pinch edges tightly to seal.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Brush each bomb with melted butter and arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
