- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- ½ cup sour cream

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 9-inch round baking pans.
- In a bowl, whisk melted butter and Guinness until combined. Add sour cream and eggs; mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Whisk to combine.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients using a spatula until just combined.
- Divide batter between prepared pans and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- For frosting, beat softened cream cheese and butter; gradually add powdered sugar until smooth.
- Once cakes are cool, frost one layer generously before placing the second layer on top and frosting the sides.
