  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (steamed)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for about one minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and opaque, about 2–3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from the skillet.
  4. Pour heavy cream into the skillet, scraping any bits from the bottom. Let it simmer for five minutes until thickened.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  6. Return shrimp and broccoli to the skillet along with the drained pasta. Toss gently to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan and black pepper if desired.
