Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (about 810 berries)
  • 4 oz dark chocolate (60% cocoa or more)
  • 2 oz milk chocolate
  • 6 cupcake liners or 6 edible cups
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • Optional: sprinkles or chopped nuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt the Chocolates: Chop dark and milk chocolate into small pieces and melt separately in bowls over simmering water until smooth.
  2. Prepare the Cups: Place cupcake liners on a tray or arrange edible cups on your working surface.
  3. Dip Strawberries: Hold each strawberry by the green leaf and dip into dark chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Place upright to set.
  4. Fill Your Cups: Once the dark chocolate has set (about 15 minutes), place each dipped strawberry in the prepared cups.
  5. Add Whipped Cream: Top each strawberry with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
