Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz fettuccine or linguine
- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

- Add Garlic: Reduce heat to medium-low; add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Create the Sauce: Stir in heavy cream, simmer gently while adding grated Parmesan cheese gradually until melted and smooth.
- Toss It All Together: Return cooked pasta to the skillet; toss with sauce and steak, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired creaminess.
- Serve: Garnish with additional Parmesan or fresh herbs if desired, and serve hot.
