- Fill muffin cups two-thirds full and bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow cupcakes to cool for five minutes before transferring them to wire racks.
- For the frosting, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar until fluffy.
