  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.

  3. Remove from heat; cool slightly before whisking in eggs one at a time.
  4. Gently fold in flour until just combined.

  6. Spread half the brownie batter in the pan; dollop pumpkin mixture on top and swirl with a knife.
