  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Gradually stir in cocoa powder and flour until combined.
  3. Gently fold in fresh raspberries.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.
  5. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spread the cheesecake mixture on top, then dollop remaining brownie batter over it.
