  • 24 Oreos (for crust)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then incorporate peanut butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla.
  3. Pour half the mixture over the crust, spreading evenly. Add dollops of the remaining mixture and swirl gently with a knife.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes; edges should be set but center slightly jiggly. Cool at room temperature for an hour before refrigerating for at least four hours.
  5. Slice into squares and serve chilled or topped with whipped cream or crushed peanuts.
