Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium Russet potatoes (about 2 lbs), peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup full-fat sour cream
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
