  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 2 cups tart apples (like Granny Smith), diced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until crumbly; press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually mix in sugar and sour cream until fully combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in diced apples and cinnamon.
