Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Pat salmon dry and marinate in a mixture of olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper for 15-20 minutes.
- Grill salmon skin-side down for 5-6 minutes per side or until it flakes easily.
- While salmon grills, chop cherry tomatoes, red onion, and avocado; combine in a large bowl with remaining cilantro.
- Whisk together the leftover marinade (cooked) or additional lime juice and olive oil for dressing.
- Once the salmon is ready and slightly cooled, flake over the salad and toss gently.
