  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).
  2. Halve the peaches and remove the pits, leaving the skin on.
  3. Brush the cut sides lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Drizzle honey over the peach halves and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill for about 4-5 minutes until they have nice grill marks.
  6. Flip gently using tongs and grill for another 3-4 minutes until tender but still holding their shape.
