Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
- In another bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in vanilla extract and half of the milk until smooth; then add the remaining milk.
- Gently fold in the sprinkles.
- Divide batter between prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool on wire racks before frosting or serving.
