  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop all veggies into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  3. Toss in minced garlic when the chicken starts browning; sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
