- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (sifted)
- 1 cup whipped topping
- Red and blue gel food coloring

Instructions
- Create the Crust: Crush Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until combined. Press into mini tart pans or muffin tins to form crusts. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Prepare Filling: Blend softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sifted powdered sugar until combined. Gently fold in whipped topping.
- Color the Filling: Divide the mixture into three bowls. Leave one white, tint another red, and the last blue using gel food coloring.
- Layer Filling: In each cooled crust, layer the fillings starting with white, then red, followed by blue. Smooth each layer as you go.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least two hours to set before serving.
