- 1 cup unflavored gelatin powder
- 1 cup strawberry or cranberry juice (for red layer)
- 1 cup blue raspberry or blueberry juice (for blue layer)
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup boiling water (for white layer)
- Fresh strawberries and blueberries for garnish
Instructions
- Make the Red Layer: Boil 1 cup of water, add 1 packet of gelatin, stir until dissolved. Mix in 1 cup red fruit juice. Pour into clear cups and chill for 1 hour.
- Prepare the White Layer: In a bowl, mix 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk with 1 cup boiling water. Add another packet of gelatin while whisking until smooth. Cool slightly before gently pouring over the set red layer.
- Add Fresh Berries: Once the white layer is set, slice strawberries and place them on top.
- Create the Blue Layer: Repeat the red layer process using blue fruit juice instead. Carefully pour over berries.
- Final Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for at least another hour until fully set. Garnish with additional berries if desired.
